We had a water pipe break in our home that flooded the master bedroom, bathroom and dining room. These young women - Susana, Estefani & Kaitlyn from Servpro - Contents - came into our home and packed up our belongings, moved furniture and did everything they could to keep the process going in a timely manner - they went above and beyond our expectations!!!! Last week Susana, Catlin, Estefani, Rodney, and Eder came to my house to pack up and move my whole downstairs into storage in preparation for repairs after a flood in my house. They all did a wonderful job! They were careful with my belongings and were very kind to me in the process! We are not finished with our cleanup after we had smoke damage to our townhouse when our neighbours place was damaged by a fire. Our front door was damaged as the fireman went in to our place (we were not home). Some of the completed work has been excellent. The front door was replaced, frame redone....Gustavo and Elio did a great job..very pleasant, helpful and professional. So far we have been very happy with SERVPRO
