Brian brings over 17+ years of experience in the restoration industry to his role as General Manager at SERVPRO. He oversees daily operations, works closely with insurance companies and estimators, and ensures every project is completed with precision and care. Brian’s leadership and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable part of our team—and if you’re lucky, you might even get to try one of his famous BBQ sandwiches!

Bobby is a Project Manager with SERVPRO and has been with us since day one. IICRC certified, he brings experience, leadership, and a strong work ethic to every job. Bobby oversees a dedicated team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and up to the highest standards. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him getting in shape and staying active!

Brendon has been with SERVPRO since the franchise opened, bringing expertise and leadership to every project. As an IICRC-certified Project Manager, he ensures every restoration meets the highest standards. His problem-solving skills, along with his dedication to quality, make him an essential member of our team. Outside of work, Brendon enjoys playing golf and basketball.

Jack is the newest addition to our SERVPRO team, bringing a strong work ethic to every project. As our Reconstruction Manager, he works closely with clients to ensure seamless transitions from mitigation to full restoration. A proud member of the Englewood community, Jack is passionate about helping neighbors rebuild after unexpected damage. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction have quickly made him a client favorite!

Kate-Lynn has been with SERVPRO since 2024, keeping our team organized and operations running smoothly. She manages scheduling, job tracking, and customer communication. Outside the office, she’s a proud mom to her one-year-old baby boy!

Lacey is our SERVPRO office dog! She brings smiles and a touch of joy to every workday!
