Meet Our Team

Jeff is the President/Owner of SERVPRO of Chattanooga. Jeff grew up in Scottsboro, AL, and worked in construction throughout junior high and high school. After high school, he lived in the Dominican Republic for two years as a missionary for his church. He then attended Brigham Young University where he graduated in Facilities Management. While at BYU, Jeff met Jessica Erin Parks Cuthbertson. They are happily married since 2005 and have three children: Kellen, Taylor Bea, and Ava.

Kenndrick Luckett-Epps joined Team Cuthbertson in March 2024 as our Regional Business Development Manager for our Florida franchises and was promoted to General Manager in January of 2025. Kenndrick attended Norfolk State University to attain his BS in Business/Marketing and Saint Leo University to attain an MBA.

Kate Dykes joined Team Cuthbertson in June 2022 as a Marketing Support Coordinator and has since then played many roles such as Digital Marketing Manager and now her current role as Director of Administration. She is not only knowledgeable about all things Digital Marketing but she is also learning the ropes of all things administrative when it comes to SERVPRO.

Tom Walker has recently joined our team in October 2024 as our Director of Construction. He attended Belmont University to gain a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Tom was previously a construction specialist at SERVPRO headquarters before joining our team. We’ve been loving the ideas that he’s brought to the team already, and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for him.

John-Paul joined our team in July 2024 as our Human Resource Manager. He attended the University of Southern California for a BA in Chemistry, The Open University for his MBA in Business Administration and Management, and National University for his PhD in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership. He has been a great addition to our team and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future.
