We tasked them with cleaning all the 4” x 4” rough cut beams with tongue and groove ceilings, that is a difficult job. It was done very well. When it needs to be done again they will get the call.

Dorian and Dan came out to clean the carpeting and drapes. I can honestly say this was the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had! They started by vacuuming. I’ve never had that done before! Very friendly and professional guys. Dorian explained everything. I will definitely be calling Servpro of Citrus County again.
Debra, Angie, Dorian, Matt, Erick, Ray, and Romonda were very empathetic and understanding of the situation I was in and acted promptly to take care of the water removal. DorianThey were excellent and thorough in removing the water and drying the floor/carpet/walls. Carpet was cleaned and furniture replaced. I have already recommended them to friends and relatives.
I called and talked with Debra about the problems we were having at our new place in Floral City. Ro came out and assessed our situation and advise us what to do. This team does of great job of explaining the process and getting things back to the way they were before nature happens.
Our experience with your company was great. Your people came in. We talk to him for a few minutes and they got right to work. I wished I could remember their name. The gentleman was a tall, black man that had just started working for you not too long ago, and the lady was also new, I think this was her second or third job. They did an excellent job. Before they left after they left the president of the Lions Club and I am reviewed everything that they did and we found no problems with anything like I said their work was great. They represented the company that they work for in a great way and I would highly recommend your company and those two people to anyone that would want their kitchen or anything clean that you people do.. once again thank you for the outstanding job.
