About Us
SERVPRO of Citrus County, owned by Romonda and Debra Taylor, is a locally owned and operated restoration company proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout Citrus County. Our team specializes in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold mitigation, storm damage recovery, cleaning services, and reconstruction.

In recent years, our team has responded to some of the most significant weather events to impact Florida's Nature Coast, including Hurricanes Helene and Milton. DorianThey were excellent and thorough in removing the water and drying the floor/carpet/walls. Carpet was cleaned and furniture replaced. I have already recommended them to friends and relatives.
I called and talked with Debra about the problems we were having at our new place in Floral City. Ro came out and assessed our situation and advise us what to do. This team does of great job of explaining the process and getting things back to the way they were before nature happens.
Our experience with your company was great. Your people came in. We talk to him for a few minutes and they got right to work. I wished I could remember their name. The gentleman was a tall, black man that had just started working for you not too long ago, and the lady was also new, I think this was her second or third job. They did an excellent job. Before they left after they left the president of the Lions Club and I am reviewed everything that they did and we found no problems with anything like I said their work was great. They represented the company that they work for in a great way and I would highly recommend your company and those two people to anyone that would want their kitchen or anything clean that you people do.. once again thank you for the outstanding job. Very prompt response to our call for evaluation after a toilet leak in a vacant home. Ro was on time and very professional and knowledgeable of the proper steps to take to remediate the situation.
Angie was awesome and gave me a wealth of info about mold. She was todays hero!!
