SERVPRO of Central Tallahassee
Samuel Harper
Samuel is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Central Tallahassee, and he loves his job. He has climbed the ladder from Technician to Crew Chief to Production Manager. He has a broad background in welding, general construction, and horticulture that complements his General Manager's agenda, which includes all the departments of our SERVPRO franchise from office administration to Marketing, and Production. Samuel has spearheaded several Large Loss Projects in the Tallahassee and other areas of Florida as a Project Manager, further solidifying his value to the SERVPRO brand. His training at the SERVPRO Corporate HQ's in Gallatin TN has helped prepare him for his current duties. He is certified with Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in WRT & ASD. Samuel is bilingual, having been reared abroad in Peru with his missionary parents, establishes him as a key representative for all our service areas. When not at work, Samuel loves spending time with his beautiful two-year-old son. We are fortunate to have him here at SERVPRO of Central Tallahassee.
Monica
Monica is our Office Manager, Customer Support Director and is WRT certified as well. Her dad worked in the industry, so she grew up around it and his been a tremendous help to the team. After moving to Tallahassee from Indiana with their 3 children, she is happy to have escaped the cold a few years ago. She loves going to the beach and does not miss shoveling snow! Monica is a huge “good vibes” energy source in our office, and her favorite quote is, “It can’t rain all the time.”
Jackie Chelly
Jackie is our Marketing Director and creator of all things digital! She is a Tallahassee native, but she worked with industry leading companies in South Florida for over 5 years before returning to her roots with a child in tow in 2010.
She has been working in the restoration industry for 2 years, and has made waves with SERVPRO’s all over the region as well! She has vast experience in video production, digital design and media buying as well- marketing her an asset to this team.
Jackie is an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, so when she isn’t working, you can find her on a trail somewhere.
Aaron Morris
Aaron is one of our Production Managers, and he has over 15 years of restoration experience. He has been with SERVPRO for 3+ years- specializing in Biohazard, Mold Remediation and Fire Restoration. He holds the NORMI certification and is a Mold Assessor as well.
When he is not working, Aaron takes off with his girlfriend and her daughter Lily in their camper! Hiking and fishing are his favorite pastimes when he isn’t watching the Georgia Dawgs!
Austin Alexander
Austin is a Restoration Technician from Lake Mary, Fl with years of emergency restoration experience. He is a volunteer firefighter and a has spend time in helpful fields like plumbing and construction as well! In his free time, Austin likes to go the gym, or find a nearby ocean to hop in to. We are blessed to have him on our team.
Trevon Davis
Meet Trevon!
Trevon is a Gadsden County native with over 2 years of water damage experience. He is WRT certified and aspires to gain more certifications while servicing with our team. With 1 daughter and 3 sons, Trevon is a family-focused man who prioritizes time with them and wellness too. His favorite quote is, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,” making him a huge asset to the culture of our crew!
Jacari Sykes
Jacari is a Water Damage Restoration Technician with our crew. He has extensive experience in demolition work, and is eager to grow his expertise in the restoration field with our team. He has 2 children and 3 siblings himself- giving him a lot of motivation for growth. In his free time, Jacari likes to make his way to the nearest ocean. We are excited to see what Jacari will do with our crew.
John Reynolds
John is a Production Manager on our team who holds many certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT and Level 1 and 2 Xactimate. John brought his wife, 2 children and mother from Kentucky to join our team, and he spends all of his free time enjoying the blessings of family life.
Billy Britt
Billy is a Restoration Technician with our crew. He has extensive experience in related fields, included fork lift operation. He is from Quincy, Fl and has two children as well. In his free time, he likes to take walks and enjoy the outdoors. We are lucky to have Billy on the team!
