SERVPRO of Brandon was referred to us by our insurance company to handle our water damaged property. The hot water heater located in the attic had ruptured and water had leaked into the ceiling in 3 rooms. No one was at home when this occurred. Once contacted, SERVPRO was able to begin that same day on drying out the property. Once that was completed, we worked out a schedule that would allow them to remove the damaged sections, repair the ceilings and paint. Working with Jason Ball of SERVPRO was a pleasure.
