Meet Our Team

Richard is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Sussex County and has been employed here for 15 years. He is accredited with a variety of specializations with the IICRC and the American Bio Recovery Association. Richard offers a wealth of experience and information as well as leadership for our crew. He enjoys Muay Thai and watching movies. He feels the most satisfying part of working for SERVPRO is the opportunity to help those in need.

Chris Kneipp is the office manager at SERVPRO of Sussex County and has worked here for 11 years. He is IICRC accredited in water, fire, odor, lead and health. He enjoys video games and hiking. Chris says the best part about working at SERVPRO is helping people through their struggles.

Kathy is our Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Sussex County and has worked here for 3 years. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and the beach. Her favorite part of her job is customer service.

Elizabeth is our Assistant Accounts Manager and has worked for SERVPRO of Sussex County for 5 years. She enjoys walking nature trails and visiting state and national parks. Her favorite part about working for SERVPRO is her co-workers.

Jordan is our Production Manager and has worked at SERVPRO of Sussex County for five years. He also has attained many IICRC accreditations. He enjoys fishing and hunting and says his favorite part of his work is helping people through trouble.

Wendy is a crew chief and has worked at SERVPRO of Sussex County for 14 months. She enjoys reading and art and says that helping others is the most rewarding part of her job.

Allyssa is a crew chief at SERVPRO of Sussex County and has worked here for 13 months. She enjoys gardening. Her favorite part of her work is the opportunity to help others.

Brandon is an estimator at SERVPRO of Sussex County and has been employed here for 4 years. He enjoys working with mechanical projects in his spare time and his favorite part of his job is solving problems.

Rob is a technician at SERVPRO of Sussex County and has worked here for 8 months. He enjoys dogs and the beach and really enjoys the hard work involved in his daily duties.

Matt is our Accounts Manager and has worked with SERVPRO for ten years. He also has achieved many IICRC accreditations. He enjoys music and walking and his favorite part of working at SERVPRO of Sussex County is helping people.

Amanda is our Production Manager and has worked for SERVPRO of Sussex County for 3 years. She is also accredited by the IICRC and while not working she enjoys cooking and cruising in her jeep! She finds that customer satisfaction is what motivates her.

David is the Sales and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Sussex County. He offers over thirty years of sales/marketing and customer service experience. David enjoys fishing, the beach and walking his dog. He feels the most rewarding part of being employed at SERVPRO is the vocational satisfaction of serving others.

Joel is our Customer Service / Social Media specialist. He is from Washington and is new to our area. Joel joined our team 3 months ago. When not at work Joel enjoys hiking and art. He feels the best part of working at SERVPRO is engaging with and helping people.
