I had water overflow from Second floor toilet that traveled down the walls and the ceiling into the first floor and the basement. SERVPRO team and the project manager demo all necessary materials and dried all rooms that were affected. Their workmanship was top-notch. They’re very neat, clean and professional; you have a great team working for you.
Our roof began to leak after a significant storm, and the ceiling upstairs was soaked. The following morning, these people arrived, evaluated the damage, and quickly had it fixed. All of the communication was excellent.
Team Luciani worked with me after my shower flooded into my kitchen. The project manager and the crew were all exceptional in their work. I appreciated all their attention to detail, and were so careful in the work that needed to be done. They were able to remove cabinets, demo a shower stall and open up the ceiling with utmost care. They cleaned up after each day. Very nice to work with.
I was astounded by how quickly they attended to my bathroom leak, which resulted in water damage. They completed the job swiftly and kept me updated at every stage. My bathroom looked brand new in no time thanks to the expert team!
The SERVPRO of Old Saybrooks team have been working at my home that was flooded from top to bottom. They do everything. Foom water removal, furniture removal, packing of contents from every drawer, cabinet, and closet in the house which they load in their truck to go to storage, or to the house I am in until my project is complete. They have begun to remove all the flooring. They work extremely hard, have great teamwork, and greet me cheerfully every morning with assurances that everything will be okay. I cannot recommend this crew and their team leader enough. You’d be lucky to have them to handle your project.
