CEO, Mario Luciani, has developed Team Luciani for over 13 years to ensure the team is made up of only the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and ambitious professionals. The SERVPRO of Old Saybrooks team have been working at my home that was flooded from top to bottom. They do everything. Foom water removal, furniture removal, packing of contents from every drawer, cabinet, and closet in the house which they load in their truck to go to storage, or to the house I am in until my project is complete. They have begun to remove all the flooring. They work extremely hard, have great teamwork, and greet me cheerfully every morning with assurances that everything will be okay. I cannot recommend this crew and their team leader enough. You’d be lucky to have them to handle your project.
This is the second time we've used SERVPRO for emergency service after water damage from an upstairs neighbor, they are quick and efficient and will even work with you on an entire mitigation plan other than emergency drying.
