Our Lead Crew Chief Nick has over 10 years of SERVPRO experience and has been with Team JEFFRIES for the last 5 years. He holds IICRC certifications in:

- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT)
LaDena Richey, Production Coordinator
LaDena is our Production Coordinator at SERVPRO of Fort Collins. She handles scheduling for our mitigation team, coordinating with customers and vendors, and making sure all of our mitigation customers are taken care of.
Brett Levernier, Estimator
Brett is our estimator here at SERVPRO of Fort Collins. In addition to his 6 years of experience in inspecting and estimating, he holds an IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT).
Doug Edgar, Mitigation Project Manager
Doug is our Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO of Fort Collins. He uses his 8 years of experience in restoration to plan the best course of action for each of our customers’ properties. He holds IICRC certifications in:
