Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.

Clean Residues From Surfaces

After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.

Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration

We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

A pipe busted in the unfinished basement of our house in Commerce City and we didn’t find it until a few hours later. Was in the process of replacing my kitchen flooring when we discovered mold. Contacted SERVPRO of Brighton who has able to get a team out to investigate the next day. After looking over our situation, they were able to remove the mold as well as apply sealant over the next two days. The process was quick and the SERVPRO team was with us at every step.
