A pipe busted in the unfinished basement of our house in Commerce City and we didn’t find it until a few hours later. We had what seemed like a foot of standing water and our stored belongings were wet. Boxes of photos, holiday decorations, clothing and family items were all in boxes and were all wet. I was happy that Brian and Johnny showed up and got most of the water out of my basement within a couple of hours. What made me want to leave this review is that they also unpacked all the boxes that were wet and repacked it into dry boxes they brought! Are you kidding me? I called at 10am and by 5pm my basement floor was clean, and my belongings were all repacked into dry boxes. Call SERVPRO if you want someone to go the extra mile to take care of your home.
Was in the process of replacing my kitchen flooring when we discovered mold. Contacted SERVPRO of Brighton who has able to get a team out to investigate the next day. After looking over our situation, they were able to remove the mold as well as apply sealant over the next two days. The process was quick and the SERVPRO team was with us at every step. They were also able to work with us in regards to the pricing that was initially quoted and work it to a reasonable amount. You never like having mold in your home, but working with SERVPRO made it as easy and pain free as it possibly could have been.
