Meet Our Team

Erik Olson is the CEO of SERVPRO^®; Team Olson which operates SERVPRO Franchises in Denver/Boulder, Houston, Austin, Indianapolis, Washington DC, and Maryland metro markets. Erik also directly oversees the National Large Loss team, capable of producing some of the largest restoration projects in the industry.

Nationally our team consists of the brightest and most caring individuals in the industry. Our Project Coordination team is well-versed in all types of losses and are ready to help our clients navigate through the difficult times while getting their businesses, schools, hospitals, etc. back up and running. With resources strategically placed throughout North America, our team is available to respond to any large loss needs.

The SERVPRO brand has been synonymous with the Olson family for three generations. Erik began his work at SERVPRO of Greater Boulder in 2006, wearing many hats as a technician, administrator, and sales representative. These humble beginnings are what the company is rooted in, with the focus on becoming better each year. Erik is most proud of the advancement and development of the Team Olson key team members.

Aside from building the team, Erik is focused on ensuring community involvement is strong and giving back is at the forefront of the company strategy. Erik serves on multiple advisory boards for organizations that support community needs. Erik would not be where he is today without the love and support of his beautiful wife Kacey and their adoring children Lincoln, Violet, and Saylor.

David Wolf, Vice President at SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, brings 11 years of experience in the disaster restoration industry. He specializes in mitigation and team building, with a unique talent for integrating technology and practical skills to optimize operations.

David is currently focused on driving the overall success in the Colorado market. His key responsibilities include developing team members, driving revenue forward, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Growing up in Broomfield, CO, David values his time away from work. He enjoys being outdoors for physical activity, Jiu-Jitsu, spending time with his family, and being actively involved with his church community.

Malissa Yadauga is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, under SERVPRO Team Olson's ownership. She has been in the restoration industry for the past four years, where her diverse background and skills make her a valuable asset to the team. Malissa is passionate about building relationships, seeking solutions for clients, anticipating their needs, utilizing tools, and holding herself and others accountable. She has a unique ability to connect and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients. In her current role, she supports and manages a team while focusing on the growth and business development of the Colorado market.

Peggy Nichols, Director of Business Development at SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, is in her 2nd year in the restoration industry. She specializes in cultivating and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients and partners.

Her primary focus is on driving long-term repeat business by fostering these critical relationships and ensuring client satisfaction remains top-of-mind.

Born and raised in Erie, CO, Peggy enjoys her free time by going camping, attending sporting events, and hanging out with her friends and family.
