Joel and his team are extremely knowledgeable about their trade and want to do what is best without any unnecessary steps/demolition. Joel came in and inspected our damage from a water leak and gave us a game plan for how to remove the water effectively; they can do all of the removal work or let you do some/all of it yourself. They are the experts and really just want to help you get a stressful, wet situation under control and dry again as quickly as possible with as little damage as possible.
