About a week ago my apartment flooded. We called Servpro and walnut to come out and start with the cleanup. Since then, I’ve had someone come every morning to check in on the fans and dehumidifier and monitor the flooring. Chris stands out as he has been very prompt with getting things done. Him and his team demo the apartment underneath me which was damage due to my flood and we’re so quick and professional about it. Chris is courteous, very prompt and on time and extremely knowledgeable and checks in when I have a question. So if you ever need restoration work reach out to this team, they’re amazing.
