Jacob Menchaca
Jacob serves as the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since 2002. With over two decades of experience in the restoration industry, he brings extensive knowledge, strong leadership, and a solutions-driven approach to daily operations. Jacob oversees all office and production operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Known for his excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, he works closely with staff, clients, and partners to keep operations running smoothly. Jacob holds multiple industry certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including IICRC Certified, Water Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, and ACAC Fire and Smoke Damage Consultant certifications. His expertise and dedication play a critical role in the continued success of SERVPRO of Walnut.
Jessica Guyon
Jessica has been the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut since May 2009 and brings years of experience and dedication to the team. She oversees all office operations, including billing, payroll, human resources, and accounts receivable, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Jessica is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, playing a key role in supporting both the office staff and field teams. Her commitment, knowledge, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to SERVPRO of Walnut.
Moises Vazquez
Moises serves as a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO team since February 2019. He leads production teams on a wide range of restoration projects and plays a key role in ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Moises holds industry certifications as a Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Technician, reflecting his strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise. Known for his hard work, reliability, and leadership, he leads by example and fosters strong teamwork in the field. Moises’ commitment and positive influence make him an invaluable leader and a trusted part of the SERVPRO of Walnut team.
Savannah Gallardo
Savannah is our Senior Accounts Manager and has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since April 2019. She plays a key role in the billing department and is cross-trained across all office functions, allowing her to step in wherever support is needed. Savannah assists with billing disputes, scheduling, permit processing, social media management, and a variety of other administrative responsibilities. Known for her versatility, strong organizational skills, and positive attitude, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly. We are fortunate to have Savannah as an integral part of our office team.
Paul Gutierrez
Paul has served as a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Walnut since March 2023. He oversees and supports restoration projects involving water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, and more. Known for his strong work ethic, Paul consistently upholds SERVPRO’s high standards of quality and service.

Antonio Dominguez
Antonio serves as the Senior Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut and has been a member of the SERVPRO team since January 2026. He brings years of hands-on experience in the restoration and construction industry, providing strong leadership and expertise to every project. Antonio manages all reconstruction operations, including property inspections, preparing detailed estimates, coordinating crews, and overseeing the full reconstruction process from start to finish. Known for his attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality, he ensures each project is completed efficiently and meets SERVPRO’s high standards. Matt Larsen
Matt has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of Walnut team since June 2025 and currently serves as our Reconstruction Manager. He oversees all aspects of the reconstruction division, working closely with our crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO standards. Matt plays a key role in coordinating schedules, managing quality control, and ensuring clear communication throughout each reconstruction project, helping deliver exceptional results for our customers.

We wanted you to know how much we truly appreciated the professional conduct, expert workmanship, close coordination, attention to detail and personable nature of Marty and Jeff when they both worked as a close-knit team performing recent restoration work on our home from 7-13 February as outlined in the attached work list that we had provided to SERVPRO on 12 December 2022.
Marty and Jeff both coordinated closely with us before, during and after each line item was completed on the attached work list with the exception of the Front Bathroom Line Item #1: "Replace wallpaper section near bathroom door at the front of the bathroom". After some discussions about Line Item #1 we all agreed that this wallpaper replacement should best be completed by an experienced wallpaper professional. We really appreciated Marty and Jeff's honesty and candid opinions about the wallpaper replacement work to be performed and Callie Hawkins (our Farmers Adjuster, cc'd above) is coordinating with SERVPRO to get this final line item completed for the Front Bathroom soon.
Marty and Jeff are both to be highly commended for their outstanding work, their on-time arrival each work day, and attention to detail working closely with us as the homeowners to make sure that we were very satisfied with each line item to be completed on our current work list.

Marty demonstrated the utmost professionalism and great work ethic. He was punctual, tidy, and knowledgeable in his work. He was very communicative with us, and would take the time to explain the next steps and/or any issues that arose. He took the time to make suggestions on material choices that would be most beneficial for the space. When other workers were involved, he took the initiative to check in with them to make sure things were done correctly.
