We wanted you to know how much we truly appreciated the professional conduct, expert workmanship, close coordination, attention to detail and personable nature of Marty and Jeff when they both worked as a close-knit team performing recent restoration work on our home from 7-13 February as outlined in the attached work list that we had provided to SERVPRO on 12 December 2022.

Marty and Jeff both coordinated closely with us before, during and after each line item was completed on the attached work list with the exception of the Front Bathroom Line Item #1:  "Replace wallpaper section near bathroom door at the front of the bathroom".  After some discussions about Line Item #1 we all agreed that this wallpaper replacement should best be completed by an experienced wallpaper professional.  We really appreciated Marty and Jeff's honesty and candid opinions about the wallpaper replacement work to be performed and Callie Hawkins (our Farmers Adjuster, cc'd above) is coordinating with SERVPRO to get this final line item completed for the Front Bathroom soon. 

Marty and Jeff are both to be highly commended for their outstanding work, their on-time arrival each work day, and attention to detail working closely with us as the homeowners to make sure that we were very satisfied with each line item to be completed on our current work list.
