We appreciated all the excellent work we received from the entire ServPro of Visalia team to help extract water when our bathroom was accidentally flooded. Both Leo and Eric did exceptional, hard, work with thoroughness and efficiency to remove damaged materials from our master bathroom which included the shower, vanity and part of the carpet. Leo consistently communicated, with us, when he and his crew would be arriving. He also updated us on the work and explained all the steps throughout the water extraction process. We are very pleased with the quality of the extraction work and the communication, which included outstanding efficiency, safety and clean up of materials, too. We had. a major leak in our bedroom . It was leaking under the slab. Jose and Chase were very professional and patient with our questions and addressed all our concerns. They will be coming back over the next two weeks to access the drying process when we re out of the country. They were the best and I highly recommend them.
