What a great company. We have never dealt with mold removal before. Jose and Manual Jr. Made the process so much easier. They were so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Both were so careful to not scratch walls or floors,shut doors quietly behind them. They were always on time and made sure before they left to check with us for any questions. We appreciated all the excellent work we received from the entire ServPro of Visalia team to help extract water when our bathroom was accidentally flooded. Both Leo and Eric did exceptional, hard, work with thoroughness and efficiency to remove damaged materials from our master bathroom which included the shower, vanity and part of the carpet. Leo consistently communicated, with us, when he and his crew would be arriving. He also updated us on the work and explained all the steps throughout the water extraction process. We are very pleased with the quality of the extraction work and the communication, which included outstanding efficiency, safety and clean up of materials, too. We would highly recommend ServPro of Visalia to anyone, in need of their services.

Just want to shout out about Leo and Chase! They were so helpful and courteous to us it was absolutely amazing. They worked so hard to get our things back in the house for us always asking questions where I wanted them to put things. They were very careful not to damage anything. We had. a major leak in our bedroom . It was leaking under the slab. Jose and Chase were very professional and patient with our questions and addressed all our concerns. They will be coming back over the next two weeks to access the drying process when we re out of the country. They were the best and I highly recommend them.
