I have now worked with Serve Pro twice and they are definitely the best mitigation team I've worked with, the most organized, professional and kind. Charlie is so terrific and the whole team constantly is in communication and they get things done fast and efficiently. I've worked with two other mitigators this year, both of whom were not transparent, hard to communicate with, and left things half done. Servpro Van Nuys South did our fire/smoke remediation after the Palisades fire in January 2025. Everyone was very busy at that time but we got incredibly good service, especially considering there were thousands of houses that required remediation. Last month we had a main sewer line flood under our house so I called them again and they did an excellent job removing the wet dirt and drying out our crawl space. Jason and his team are super nice to work with. They are efficient and responsive and do excellent work. I highly recommend using this franchise!
