Our History
For over 20 years, SERVPRO of Van Nuys South has been helping the people of Van Nuys and neighboring communities. More than a 1000 customers have called upon us to restore their property.

Owners Jason & Denise Fowler and our leadership team grew up and raised their families in the San Fernando and surrounding Valleys. We are invested in the future of our community and our customers’ needs. As we’ve grown, our mission has never changed. We serve the people, the businesses and organizations of Van Nuys, the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles that help make our community great. We are dedicated to partnering with our local first responders including the local Fire and Police Departments.

The ServPro team was professional, efficient, communicative, punctual, and truly skilled throughout the entire mold mitigation effort needed on my home. Jurell and Cezar consistently showed up everyday on-the-dot, which I don’t think I’ve experienced with any contractor ever in my life. They worked expeditiously to finish the job as fast as possible (without rushing, of course); I was also impressed with how thorough the floor protection work was carried out, meticulously covering every stair-step, room, etc. with either tarp or blanket for the heavier items. On top of all that, they were both very nice to our dog who was constantly bugging them for attention, which they provided to her despite the loads of work they were occupied with. Overall impression I got was that these guys are knowledgeable, experienced, and absolutely know what they’re doing. I have now worked with Serve Pro twice and they are definitely the best mitigation team I've worked with, the most organized, professional and kind. Charlie is so terrific and the whole team constantly is in communication and they get things done fast and efficiently. I've worked with two other mitigators this year, both of whom were not transparent, hard to communicate with, and left things half done. Servpro Van Nuys South did our fire/smoke remediation after the Palisades fire in January 2025. Everyone was very busy at that time but we got incredibly good service, especially considering there were thousands of houses that required remediation. Last month we had a main sewer line flood under our house so I called them again and they did an excellent job removing the wet dirt and drying out our crawl space. Jason and his team are super nice to work with. They are efficient and responsive and do excellent work. I highly recommend using this franchise!
