Thank god for SERVPRO of Tracy. Our house had water damage from washer upstairs. They came right away and help with the situation. Within a day or two, they set up fans in the entire house and start on the drying process and check for molds. Indy ( the owner ) was very professional and responsive to our needs and requests. This was my first time using SERVPRO TRACY. I must say they are very professional, in our first meeting. Dwayne called me to let me know he was on his way to review the damage of my home. He evaluated the mold on the wall and executed in a professional way. He explained all his steps of removal and what he applied (Very Knowledgeable). The second meeting Michael and Dwayne contacted me to let me know once again of their arrival. Both, executed the issue in a professional way, cleaned the work area, respectful, honest individuals and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again to deal with any wet, or mold cleaning for my home. Thank you staff from SERVPRO Tracy and the gentlemen that came to my home to do the work. Amazing work.

We had a faulty valve behind our fridge that leaked water for hours before we realized what had happened. The Tracy SERVPRO of Tracy team were able to come out the next morning and immediately set up fans and a dehumidifier. They removed our kitchen flooring and the old laminate flooring below it.
