We had a bit of an upstairs flood from the bathroom that of course migrated downstairs. I called on a Sunday to SERVPRO of SW San Jose and Mark had his crew led by Jeremy there the next day. These guys were on it in a big way. Fans and dehumidifiers made sure we were moisture and mold free. Jeremy took photos of everything as they went and dealt with the insurance directly saving a lot of my time. Mark, Jeremy and the crew are the best.
We had a mold issue at our condo due to a sprinkler malfunction. The HOA asked us to use SERVPRO SW of San Jose. Jeremy M was assigned to our job. He came right on time, did a fantastic job fixing our issue, and was a real pleasure to work with. If we could give him 10 stars we would. We sprung a leak under the house that spewed out hot water and did a lot of damage very quickly. Our insurance referred us to SERVPRO to handle the damage clean up and everything that goes with that. Jeremy is our Project Manager and has led us through solving the leak problem, assessing the damage , managing the packing up process and getting us moved out of the damaged rooms so that flooring could be replaced. Jeremy has been very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. This has been a very stressful situation for us. Knowing that we have someone looking out for us and handling everything with as little disruption as possible, is so reassuring. I highly recommend SERVPRO and if you have the bad luck to need their help, you will have some good luck with Jeremy as your Project Manager.
This young man (Jeremy Mangano) was a pleasure to work with. He knew exactly what to do to start the process of drying out water damage on our hardwood floor. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I would recommend him and SERVPRO of SW San Jose to anyone dealing with water damage.

Kitten Flood
As the title describes, my new kitten got up on the counter and turned on the faucet, leading to a flooded kitchen. Abraham and SERVPRO were chosen to remediate the water damage. From the get go he was very organized and knew what to do. Good communication and they seemed to have a process to cover everything. I hope to never hear the sound of 11 fans and 3 dehumidifiers again but if I do, you know I’ll be calling Abraham and crew back.
