Jason did an outstanding job of rescuing us from an over saturated carpet which had begun to smell. We had renters coming at 4, he met us at 9 am, told us it would be dry and done by 2, and it was! Great service! He will be our only carpet cleaner from now on.

You have been SO much help throughout this whole ordeal. Even from the very first call I made to you, you were nice, fair and genuine. I did call another SERVPRO to see if they could come out sooner that day but they were going to charge me for an estimate and he was rude. You didn't charge me for an estimate and it took almost 2 weeks for me to get approval before I could get you guys to come back out there but you happily did. Your customer service has been outstanding from day one. You answered all my emails, all my calls and my Dad appreciated that the "owner of the company" is who he met with on the job. Thank you for being so kind as well as professional. It's a rarity when money is involved.
