Juan is no doubt one of the reasons Redlands/Yucaipa Servpro has a solid reputation. He was punctual, professional and honest. Juan explained clearly what I would need done and was honest about what didn’t need to be done regarding a potential mold issue after a water heater leaked through my walls. Hopefully I don’t have any other disasters anytime soon, but if I do I’ll know who to call.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had some flooding in our house on the 2nd floor & ended up going through to the downstairs. It looked like there was a rainstorm going on! We were in a panic! Ended up calling Servpro & Juan Linares showed up & saved us! He was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough & explained everything that needed to be done. He & his team made this nightmare of a mess so much easier to process & get through and I cannot thank him enough! Overall experience excellent, Josiah was our lead and did a great job facilitating all the repairs. Adolpho and his team worked efficiently and completely the woodwork to our specifications. Sal and his team installed the flooring in timely manner. We would recommend and use them again.
