I called them up and they came out pretty quick, I would say maybe about an hour from the time I got off the phone. What I liked most about SERVPRO was the overall customer service. The tech that showed up was well prepared and was very informative about what he was going to do, even the owner, Steve, showed up several times to make sure everything was up to par.
