I've been in the industry for quite some time. I've owned a general contracting construction business and an insurance agency. You really need to be cautious on which restoration company you use. SERVPRO is independently owned and operated so choosing which SERVPRO is even a choice to be cautious about. Jeff the owner has 25 or more years experience doing this type of work in this area. The pricing is usually mandated by the insurance companies so you don't really have to pay extra for choosing the best. That's why Jeff's clientele stays pleased. They get an experience of seasoned knowledge, trained employees with clean backgrounds and sincerity. You will regret working with a company that's not this one! I'll continue to use them and will be happy to put my name on their work.

Jeff and his crew were AMAZING to deal with. This was such a tragedy for us, but he and his crew went to work immediately and have continued their effective process of demoing our home. We have also decided to use them for the restoration process as we have full confidence in their abilities, work ethics, and thoroughness.

We found mold under our house when we had a plumber come out for some repairs we needed. My close friend referred SERVPRO of South Redlands/ Yucaipa. I called them up and they came out pretty quick, I would say maybe about an hour from the time I got off the phone. What I liked most about SERVPRO was the overall customer service. The tech that showed up was well prepared and was very informative about what he was going to do, even the owner, Steve, showed up several times to make sure everything was up to par. Awesome job SERVPRO!
