I have dealt with restoration companies in the past, so I was a bit wary. One restoration company charged a fortune for poor service, but the insurance paid, which was their racket. SERVPRO was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, trustworthy, and very fair. Their communication was outstanding. They were timely, very competent, and they completed the job quickly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Carmen took extra time to handle our items with care. Pat thoroughly explained the process and time lines to us. Alex worked with scheduling. Pat and Carmen came on Christmas morning. Truly exceptional service!

Woke up early Saturday morning to water pouring down from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling! We called Charlie and he sent his Team over in under 2 hours. We were so impressed when they walked through the door in uniform with lots of equipment in hand and got right down to business. It's amazing how far the water can penetrate and while the drywall cuts were distressing to look, they were nice and clean and of course necessary. The fans provided for drying the moisture did the job and were removed on schedule. The guys were very professional. Hopefully, we don't need them again but would definitely call them again and recommend highly!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They responded immediately to my roof leak that caused flooding in my attic and in my master bedroom upstairs. They prevented the damage I had from getting extremely worse. They were on the scene within an hour of my frantic phone call.

Open 24 hours. I called very early morning and Alex was on the job. House was flooded. He came right away. This has never happened to me so I didn’t know what to do and Alex walked me thru it all.
