Woke up early Saturday morning to water pouring down from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling! We called Charlie and he sent his Team over in under 2 hours. We were so impressed when they walked through the door in uniform with lots of equipment in hand and got right down to business. It's amazing how far the water can penetrate and while the drywall cuts were distressing to look, they were nice and clean and of course necessary. The fans provided for drying the moisture did the job and were removed on schedule. The guys were very professional. Hopefully, we don't need them again but would definitely call them again and recommend highly!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They responded immediately to my roof leak that caused flooding in my attic and in my master bedroom upstairs. They prevented the damage I had from getting extremely worse. They were on the scene within an hour of my frantic phone call.
Open 24 hours. I called very early morning and Alex was on the job. House was flooded. He came right away. This has never happened to me so I didn’t know what to do and Alex walked me thru it all.
