Wonderful experience! The technicians arrived on time and did a great job with no dust or dirt in the house despite getting out decades of dust with their marvelous machine. This was in dramatic contrast to my experience with Stanley Steamer. I made an appointment for noon to 5, rearranged my work schedule, and was notified at about 2 in the afternoon that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because his last job ran long. I explained that I work and this was a real problem. He said what we need to was schedule for 8 to 9 am so I would be first. We did. At about 8:30 I got a call that they had taken another job first and wouldn't be able to be there until the afternoon. That totally didn't work for my schedule, so I cancelled and called SERVPRO. I am so happy that I did!
