I had a pretty bad flood in my kitchen. Javier came everyday and did an amazing job of organizing the demolition, making sure everything dried, was clean, picked up and immaculate. He answered all my questions, and was wonderful to deal with. He is a complete asset to serve pro, and they are lucky to have him! Kyle was my initial contact and he was amazing as well! I had a great experience with Servpro. I had damage to my home from a previous contractor and they were professional every step of the way. Javier was my contact and he was very responsive every time I reached out. He was detailed when explaining their process and they finished the project exactly when they said they would, which from start to finish was only a week. The were very conscientious of keeping everything as clean as possible and keeping everything safe for my kids during the project. I currently have only finished the tear down portion of my project and I'm hoping to continue with Servpro with the rebuild portion once my inside is ready.
