Imagine our surprise, coming home early from a Super Bowl party (because the game was such a snooze), and walking into an overflowing toilet that flooded both kids bedrooms, the guest room, going out into our long hallway ??
Not knowing what to do, I did a quick Google search, saw the positive reviews for SERVPRO Rosedale NW and made the call. The answering service passed along our call and we got a callback almost immediately. Becky, who took my call, basically calmed me down because I was freaking out, reassured me it was going to be okay, advised me to reach out insurance co and they'd send someone out 1st thing in the morning. (We had stopped the running water.)
SERVPRO came the following day and started the mitigation for black water. They were extremely courteous and respectful to us and to our home which I really appreciated. They answered our questions whenever we had them. They always gave us a heads up call before coming over. They were very thorough. The mess got taken care of and everything was dried out according to the moisture reader. From the initial phone call to the mitigation closeout, SERVPRO folks were great, informative and so very helpful throughout the whole process.
(Our insurance agent was also complementary about SP which put us at ease right from the start.)

We had a leaking roof caused by our solar panels. As result we had significant water damage in our kitchen and pantry. Our solar company subcontracted with SERVPRO to repair and repaint the interior. Jose and his staff were timely, professional and extremely helpful during the process. As advertised, our kitchen and pantry looks like it never happened! We were very pleased with the staff, they were respectful of our home, kept as apprised of their progress and followed up with us to ensure we were pleased with the result. I had a water leak under my kitchen floor that caused quite a bit of damage, for a long time. Being a mobile home and having particle board as my subfloor the water destroyed a fair amount of subfloor. The crew from SERVPRO NW came in, set up equipment, and basically babysat me through the multiple weeks of repairs.
