She worked at Johnny Rockets for many years as the cleaning crew manager, therefore her experience is what makes her best at her job. Alfonso is a restoration technician at SERVPRO of NW Bakersfield he is responsible for emergency mitigation, cleanup, and property restoration following water, fire, or mold losses. He consistently provides excellent customer service, is punctual, and always ready to work. Alfonso has been with us for a year and is eager to continue growing his career in the restoration industry.

Jerman Flores is our Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO with three years of dedicated experience on our team. He oversees mitigation and restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring all work is performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. Jerman leads crews in water, fire, and mold losses, maintains clear communication with customers and adjusters, and ensures all drying goals and project timelines are met. His leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to both our team and the property owners we serve.

Isaac serves as the Restoration Operations Manager and Estimator at SERVPRO, bringing strong leadership, technical expertise, and industry experience to every project. He is highly trained in water, fire, and mold restoration protocols and stays current with industry standards and carrier guidelines.

As an estimator, Isaac performs detailed property inspections, thoroughly documents damages, and prepares accurate Xactimate estimates. He works closely with insurance adjusters to review scope, justify line items, and process supplements when necessary. His attention to detail ensures estimates are comprehensive, defensible, and aligned with the actual loss conditions.

In his role as Operations Manager, he oversees day-to-day mitigation activities, coordinates crews and scheduling, monitors drying progress, and ensures all projects meet IICRC standards and timeline expectations. Isaac is known for his great communication skills, maintaining clear and consistent updates with homeowners, adjusters, and team members throughout the entire restoration process.

His professionalism, advanced training, and strong communication abilities make him a key leader within our organization and a reliable point of contact for both clients and insurance partners.

Julian is a restoration technician at SERVPRO of NW Bakersfield he is responsible for emergency mitigation, cleanup, and property restoration following water, fire, or mold losses. He consistently provides excellent customer service, is punctual, and always ready to work. Julian has been with us for a year and is eager to continue growing his career in the restoration industry. He is currently working to become an estimator.
