SERVPRO completely took care of it, from bringing HEPA filters in when they did the estimate so that could start pulling the smoky air out even before the technicians arrived to meticulous and thorough cleaning - they turned a nightmare into a silver lining. Can't recommend them highly enough, would give 10 stars if I could. The team was led by Alicia, and they were totally professional and the house is really clean.
