Joe and Danielle McCann are the owners of SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas, bringing more than 20 years of experience serving their community. They also own SERVPRO franchises in Irwindale, Baldwin Park, South Pasadena, San Marino, Monrovia, Duarte, and Fresno.

As local residents raising their three boys, Joe and Danielle are deeply connected to the communities they serve. Their experience, leadership, and commitment to dependable service help ensure customers receive trusted support and restoration expertise when it matters most.

Their dedication to their teams, customers, and communities continues to be a driving force behind the growth and success of their SERVPRO franchises.

Colton, Finn, and Parker represent the next generation at SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas, Irwindale/Baldwin Park, and South Pasadena/San Marino. As the sons of owners Joe and Dani McCann, they are part of Team McCann and a family tradition built on dependable service, hard work, and supporting the communities they serve.

Their presence is a reminder of the long-term commitment behind the business and the motivation to provide customers with professional, timely restoration services when they are needed most.

Amir serves as the General Manager, bringing nearly 30 years of experience with SERVPRO. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects across the country, from Washington, D.C. to Southern California, bringing extensive knowledge and leadership to jobs of all sizes.

A notable moment in Amir’s career was being called to assess damage at the Pentagon following 9/11. Amir brings decades of experience, leadership, and a strong commitment to providing dependable service and expertise in every situation.

His dedication and industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to both our team and the customers we serve.

Lisa serves as our Administrative Construction Coordinator and is an important part of the reconstruction team at SERVPRO. She helps keep projects organized, coordinates directly with customers, and ensures communication and administrative processes move smoothly from start to finish.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of customer service experience, along with valuable industry knowledge from her background in insurance. Her organization, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach make her a valuable asset to both our team and the customers we serve.

Justin serves as our Senior Estimator and Job File Coordinator and has been part of the SERVPRO team for eight-plus years. He helps keep projects moving efficiently by coordinating with adjusters and insurance companies, managing project documentation, and supporting both office and warehouse needs.

Justin’s organization, responsiveness, industry knowledge, and strong work ethic help ensure customers and project partners receive the information they need throughout all processes. His commitment, industry knowledge, and friendly approach make him a valuable asset to both our team and the customers we serve.

Connie serves as our Director of Special Operations and brings more than 15 years of industry experience. Her background and industry knowledge extend across small and large losses, storm events, commercial properties, reconstruction, and other areas of restoration.

Having personally experienced water damage, Connie understands the restoration process from both the customer and industry perspective. Her experience, leadership, passion, and commitment to the restoration industry make her a valuable asset to both our team and the customers we serve.

Diego serves as our Senior Project Manager at SERVPRO, bringing more than 10 years of industry experience. He has worked up and down the West Coast on a variety of projects involving water and fire damage losses and is known for his dependable, hands-on approach.

In his role, Diego provides senior project oversight, manages scope and pricing/estimating, and coordinates with insurance partners. His technical knowledge, strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality service help keep projects moving smoothly while making him a valuable asset to both our team and the customers we serve.

Benjamin serves as our Construction Manager at SERVPRO, providing overall oversight and leadership for construction projects from initial evaluation through completion. He works closely with customers and the reconstruction team, helps manage project expectations, addresses escalations, and ensures quality standards are met throughout each project.

His industry knowledge, leadership, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency and quality service make him a valuable asset to both our team and the customers we serve.

Genesis serves as our Human Resources Manager at SERVPRO, joining the team more than two years ago. Her previous experience in the asbestos and abatement industry brings additional knowledge and expertise to her role within the restoration and mitigation field.

Her communication, organization, passion for people, and people-focused approach help strengthen workplace culture, support employees, and keep internal processes running efficiently. Genesis’s industry knowledge, commitment, and dedication to the team make her a valuable asset to SERVPRO.

Brian Haney is SERVPRO’s new Warehouse Coordinator. Warehouse, vehicles, inventory, large loss projects… he does it all. Outside of work, Brian is happily married to his wife Auburn. Together they welcomed their son, Tyson, this past July. Brian also likes gardening, cooking and being “Uncle Bri” to his nephew and three nieces.

Pablo has been with SERVPRO since January of 2016. He is one of our Production Technicians and one of our most experienced veterans. Prior to working with SERVPRO, he worked in the lead and asbestos abatement field as a supervisor. With already having abatement certifications, it is our hope to have him certified as a Lead IICRC Technician so that he may further grow his career.

Project Manager - Adrian has over 5+ years in the mitigation industry. He joined SERVPRO in 2022 as a Restoration Technician and has now been promoted to Project Manager.

Christian just joined our team in March 2025 as a Restoration Technician. He currently has his IICRC Certification. He enjoys going off-roading on free time.

Jessica is one of our Job File Coordinators and Estimators. She joined SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas in February of 2025. She has had a passion for restoration since she was little after losing her own home to a fire. She has experience from working in the field on jobs to running a crew in the field as a Project Manager. She also has worked in the office and makes sure everything is up to date. She has been representing the SERVPRO brand for 7 years. When she's not working, she enjoys time with her 2 little ones, John and Sophia. She enjoys fishing and listening to country music.

Beau de Anda serves as the Operations Manager and Safety Coordinator, bringing four years of industry experience. Known for his hands-on approach and versatility, he helps keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.

Beau holds more than 30 certifications related to water damage restoration, heavy machinery, OSHA standards, safety, and fire. His training and industry knowledge allow him to support a wide range of projects.

His reliability, leadership, dedication, and willingness to step in wherever needed make Beau valuable to our clients and an important part of our team.

Production Technician – Jacob joined SERVPRO in 2022 as a Restoration Technician and brings over three years of experience in the mitigation industry. He is committed to continued growth and professional development within his role.

Pete Fregoso serves as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas, bringing 17 years of industry experience. He is responsible for inspecting and assessing jobs while keeping customers and insurance adjusters informed throughout each project.

Pete holds IICRC certifications as a Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician. His experience and industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to both our team and the customers we serve.
