We've had 2 horrible experiences with two other remediators (Jazz and Jay Restoration and Service First): avoid them at all cost! I wish we had gone with Servpro of Mission Viejo from the beginning. The bright side is that having experienced the incompetence of Jazz and Jay and Service First, the contrast between them and Servpro of Mission Viejo is night and day. Highly recommend and five stars.

Thank you Nick and the Servpro Mission Viejo crew. They did an excellent job remediating the nasty results of a "brown water" long-term toilet seal leak from the upstairs toilet throughout the subfloor and down into the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. The whole crew was great. Clean, courteous, efficient.... I only have good things to say about the entire clean-up and subsequent repair. Very responsive to any questions, and explained every step of the process. Nick was always quick to respond to texts and calls and was very pleasant to work with. The crew actually went above and beyond in small ways that made a big impression. Fixed a towel rack, spackled and patched a section of cat-damaged wall in the bathroom, cleaned up and painted a rusting vent... none of which was even part of the damage from the leak! But they were all things that left both bathrooms looking completely re-finished. Better than they looked even before the damage. Thanks Servpro Mission Viejo, job very well done!
