I highly recommend using Servpro! Excellent service, friendly, and professional! Hormoz took my call and was very professional and helpful with all of my questions regarding getting a mold inspection at my office. He came out right away and was very friendly when he arrived. I was very impressed with his testing devices and how thorough his mold inspection was! He had two devices: one that showed me where the moisture was in my office and a second to show me through a camera exactly what was going on inside of the walls. He recorded all of his findings during the inspection. He even found moisture coming into my office from the bathroom next door that was leaking into my office floor and walls. Lastly, he showed me water stains outside of my office building that were causing the moisture in my office walls. I was also very impressed that he and his crew were able to not only inspect the mold but also do the construction work in 5 days! I'm so happy that I used Servpro! They put me at ease during a difficult time. Thank you!

I had damage caused by a pressure washer leaking indoors and was worried by moisture build up in the floor. I called Servpro and Kimo showed up 2 hours later and quickly made measurements to assess the situation and helped explain next steps. I really appreciate the promptness and profession input.

I found water damage on the first floor powder room after my second floor washing machine leakage which got fixed a few weeks ago. So I googled water damage repairs, another ServPro popped up. I called them, got rather rude responses. I decided to search again and found ServPro Milpitas run by Kimo. After I left a message, Kimo called me quickly and during the phone convo he was professional and supportive. I decided to have his team stop by to help. Kimo showed up on time and did a thorough investigation. He impressed me by identifying the dripping only happened when someone was taking a shower in the hallway bathroom on the second floor. I have to give Kimo credits on finding it because the dripping was on and off. His team was polite and efficient during the whole process. I have to say what kimo has done is above and beyond!!! Kimo and Arturo are masters and should be respected as such! They helped me move to my new apartment. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They will only touch and move things with your prior consent. They were able to dispose of all my unneeded furniture, and the furniture that I did move were intact and pristine just like they were prior to moving. Even with short notice, I was able to make an appointment and am thoroughly satisfied with their efforts and care. Thank you again Kimo and Arturo! Kimo and his team responded to our emergency within 45 minutes in the middle of the night. Kimo was really helpful in sharing his experience with the insurance companies and became such a huge resource for us during their work at our house. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Milpitas to anyone in my situation. They are fast, do great work, and are genuinely just nice people.
