The technicians were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They examined all the areas they needed to and discovered they did not need to do anything other than spray the microbial spray. They did not try to charge me for any unnecessary repairs. David & his crew at SERVPRO Lancaster East were absolutely AMAZING!!! We (20 monks) were evacuated due to the threat of the Bobcat fire. Although our structures weren’t burnt, they suffered extensive smoke damage. We were away from home for a month, longing to return… but couldn’t until we found a trusted company that would restore our facilities back to healthy & safe living conditions. David came to our rescue! He took what was a large overwhelming project and made it seem like it was a walk in the park.
