We bought an older house and were finding a lot of DIY jobs that didn't hold up well. In partticular, our sink was leaking because it was installed incorrectly. Randy R. arrived on time in a mask to help us diagnose the issue. He was kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. He gave us tips to correct the problem and he told us we didn't need to spend a lot of money to fix it the wat another contractor had once told us initally. He removed affected drywall and flooring and thoroughly cleaned up work area. He came back frequently to check on drying process and equipment but made sure it was convenient with my schedule.
