We bought an older house and were finding a lot of DIY jobs that didn't hold up well. In partticular, our sink was leaking because it was installed incorrectly. Randy R. arrived on time in a mask to help us diagnose the issue. He was kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. He gave us tips to correct the problem and he told us we didn't need to spend a lot of money to fix it the wat another contractor had once told us initally. He was very helpful and answered all of out questions. Im grateful he didn't wanna take out money the way the other conractors do. Outstanding Job!

We had a deck leak during the recent March rains, which caused moisture/mold damage in the closet beneath it, So I contact SERVPRO Huntington Beach. I got a proposol and Jorge won the job with his honesty, experience and professionalism. He clearly reviewed the process. The effected drywall was cleanly cut out and removed and equipment was placed within 4 hours 

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Felipe & Alan.... it wasn't a nice situation and I am sure during the emergency, we weren't the best customers you could have, but Felipe and Alan both performed incredible, thank you guys!

This company is superior!  Their response time and handling of our situation was amazing!  We had a pipe leak that ran through the upstairs to the downstairs through the wall and they were there within the hour to handle our problem with the utmost of customer service.  They understood the stress of the situation and genuinely cared.  They were very thorough and we went above and beyond for us.  We highly recommend SERVPRO!

Had a slab leak and Joe from SERVPRO HB was a great resource. He spent a good deal of time ensuring he identified the extent of water damage.  He removed affected drywall and flooring and thoroughly cleaned up work area. He came back frequently to check on drying process and equipment but made sure it was convenient with my schedule. Joe took the time to explain and put residents of house at ease regarding fear of mold issues.
