ServPro has been a superior water remediation throughout our home “restoration” process. The technicians (ServPro and affiliated specialists [Larry Marks for wood finishing]) demonstrated the required skills and competencies in all areas associated with our project (water remediation and restoration). The “water remediation” phase included: assessment (moisture readings, 3D mapping of impacted areas); initial remediation (air handlers/scrubbers); construction of a containment area (erecting a scaffold, placement of plastic sheeting); extensive remediation (removal of affected drywall/insulation, placement of new insulation, additional air handlers/scrubbers); and, removal of air scrubbers/handlers. In terms of the “restoration” phase, the completed phases so far include: reconstruction of of the ceiling (new drywall, taping and mud, texturing, painting); teardown of the scaffolding; refinishing the stair railing. ServPro’s technicians were very respectful and positive when they came to our home. Throughout the process, moisture readings were taken weekly. Our sincere thanks go to Kevin Ortega and Tony Gonzalez for their leadership during this multi-week program. Finally, we would like to recognize Brittany and Susan for their professionalism and customer support.
Phase 3 of our remediation and things went just as smoothly as the first two phases. Luis A, Juan R and team were fantastic and so attentive. They got all the damaged areas cut out with surgical precision down to the studs and ready for the engineer to asses and the repair team to move in. They taped and sealed each room with heavy duty plastic and zipper barriers to contain all dust and debris (much appreciated as my mom has asthma) not a fleck of demo dust or rubble entered the house. They protected the floors and pathways even into the bathroom so nothing got damaged en process. Left every thing so clean spotless when they were done. Truly impressive!! Thank you so much Luis!
Luis A, Juan R, Sam O, and all of the ServPro Team has been great. Polite, efficient, and prompt with any requests. So far with about 10 projects they've worked on at our 108 unit apartment complex, they've been consistent too!

Fernando and his team were absolutely amazing in performing our flood mitigation services. Contents of home was packed up using great care. All water was removed and home dried and cleaned in an exceptional manor.
