Five stars is no enough for SERVPRO of East Poway/Ramona. They are the rare company that delivers above and beyond what is expected. Their professionalism and great attitude starts with the owner, James Harte, and carries through to his entire team. During the pandemic and after I faced devastating losses (fire, water, and smoke damage) to my house and belonging, they managed every aspect of the remediation and were instrumental in managing the complexities of recovering what was owed from the two property insurance carriers involved. James was always there for me. He has an uncanny ability to see the big picture and then manage all of the details so that the job runs smoothly and efficiently. James and his team brought the same high level of professionalism when I had to move at the beginning of April . They were able to move all of my stuff so that nothing was broken, no matter how fragile. There was a lot of stuff and yet they managed to complete the job in time. The company also runs so well because Julie Morgan is so amazing at scheduling, coordinating, and dealing with insurance companies. I want to clarify that the initial 3-star rating was a complete oversight on my part. My intention was always to give SERVPRO of East Poway/Ramona a full 5-star rating — and if I could give more, I would. Their exceptional service, professionalism, and compassion truly deserve nothing less. We had no choice other than repair our leak expedietly. Servpro came to our help in time and promptly gave an estimate and completed a timely repair. Very happy with our move back in. James and Julie have been helping us for two years with our contents after a fire loss and total rebuild of our home. It took 2 years and today we began a multi step process of returning to our home. The Harts are organized and have a great process in place to ensure your items are well cared for, and they take on all the heavy lifting.
