We hired ServPro of Downtown San Francisco, Mission District, Potrero Hill after our house suffered from ash, soot and smoke following the Eaton Fire. ServPro did a highly professional and effective job at cleaning our house and possessions and removing toxic materials. The project manager guided us through the process and was a very effective advocate with our insurance provider. He communicated with us often, available by text and email, and was extremely knowledgeable. The foreman of the team doing the work was also available and very open about communications. Every day he texted us an update of what was done that day, at just the right level of detail. During our walkthrough with the project manager and foreman after the job was completed, it was clear that the job was done at a high level of quality and thoroughness. In every bookcase and every cupboard, for instance, the structure itself was HEPA vacuumed and wiped, and each piece of contents was wiped. And during the walkthrough, all of our questions were answered directly, clearly, and with patience. Our suggestions were discussed or implemented on the spot. Bottomline is that we couldn’t ask more than ServPro provided for our job. Without question we would hire this ServPro franchise should we need their services in the future.
