I should have posted this review sooner, but I want to thank Servpro for their emergency service on Christmas Day. I'm sure they would have rather been with their families, yet they showed up and helped us when we needed it most.
After our tenants moved out, they left the property in terrible condition. The garage was full of hoarded items, and the bathroom was unbelievably disgusting. Servpro came in, cleaned everything up, and completely restored the property. What stood out the most was how amazing it smelled when they were finished. We were impressed with their work.
Professional, timely, thorough, and easy to work with. I heard online that mold remediation was a painful process, but that's not the case here. Stacie was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, and went above and beyond to answer all questions and schedule a crew to come out immediately. We had to get HVAC and plumbing crews out too, and what could have easily been a scheduling nightmare went very smoothly. Stewart and crew did a very good job getting rid of all mold, involving us in the process of deciding how far to go. Very respectful and informative. Also, surprisingly passionate about remediation. He was a real go-getter and a pleasure to work with. Even with the quality work, their price was the best quote we received. Highly recommend going with ServPro.
We had great service from Servpro. We had a problem with persistent odor in our rental and the owner delivered the equipment and set it up himself. It totally took care of the problem. We would highly recommend them.
