SERVPRO of Burbank’s effective and efficient on-site management/decision-making resulted in (a) minimal drywall damage (b) a wood floor REPAIR scope instead of wood floor REPLACEMENT. Additionally, the techs were courteous and punctual and SERVPRO of Burbank exhibited overall easy-to-access communication by phone or e-mail.

My family experienced a nightmare when water began rushing down from our living room ceiling a few days before an event we had planned months before. I was in a panic and called SERVPRO of Burbank and they were out immediately and began cleaning up the water. Scott was kind and explained things thoroughly to my husband and I and even showed my son how some of the machines worked. They were our heroes and we were able to still have the party we had planned which was a great success. I would definitely choose SERVPRO of Burbank over another company!!

Awesome job SERVPRO of La Crescenta/East Glendale team. Beginning with Grant and then with Esdras and Edwin this nightmare felt manageable. They kelp me informed step by step and answered my "panic" questions and reassured me. Job was completed in a timely fashion understanding that the entire family, including 4 animals were stressed out. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale after my husband and I hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and he found black mold behind the walls. Due to previous water damage, we were unaware that the mold had grown. Scott came out and inspected the mold and after having it tested found that it could be harmful to our young children. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale was very concerned for our familys’ health and sectioned off that part of the house so that we would not breathe the mold in and completed the work very swiftly so we could get the use of our kitchen back and feel safe in our home. Patty and Amanda were very kind when we spoke to them during this stressful time and the work was even done while we were at work and the kids were at school. If you ever have mold, SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale are the ones’ you want to deal with it!
