Every person I dealt with from beginning to end was utterly professional and accommodating. Yesterday my VERY NICE basement recreation, music room flooded. Carpeted, pool table, piano etc. I was at work when my housekeepers notified me. I called SERVPRO 2pm. They were at my house to meet me by 3:30. The workroom and about a third of the rec room had flooded, carpet saturated. Dylan and Juan were amiable to deal with, and by 2pm next day had removed the fans and dehumidifier. Everything good as new.
Dylan and the rest of the team were great. Dylan took the time to explain everything in detail and he checked on the dehumidifiers often and removed them as soon as it was possible. The guys that came to do the demo did an awesome job and left no mess and it had rained that day. Having to experience our second loss so close together in our newly purchased home and dealing with a not so great company for the first one, this company has restored our faith in customer service.
