There was water damage to my property due to heavy rain, so I contacted Servpro at the Wilshire location since they provide emergency services. They responded quickly and started covering the affected areas and preparing for remediation right away. The technicians were professional and very careful with my personal belongings, which I appreciated. A few days later, they returned to check for any mold and assess what further work was needed. Overall, their fast response and professionalism helped make a stressful situation more manageable.
Really great experience during a frustrating situation. I called several different companies for help with mold I’ve been dealing with. After several exhausting attempts, I reached out to Servpro and they showed up promptly, were very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.
