I highly recommend reaching out to ServPro for your remediation and/or restoration needs. I am a Portfolio Community Manager and have used them for many projects. Their proposal are detailed in scope and include many photos. This makes it much easier to present to a Board. I never feel like a number because everyone on the team remembers me, my projects and the needs of that particular work order. Camron and John came to repair mold that we didn't even know was present. They were on time, professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. They told us what the next steps would be to proceed with the removal of mold and restoration. This is my first time having to deal with mold but I highly recommend Servpro.
