About Us
SERVPRO of Carmel Valley NE/East Rancho Santa Fe has been servicing the San Diego area for the past 10 years. Recently, the franchise came under new ownership and is now owned and operated by James Thompson. James has two other franchises that have grown exceptionally well over the past few years, allowing him to continue to expand the business.
In the early days SERVPRO franchises focused on cleaning carpets, upholstery and draperies. Over time SERVPRO evolved into the water/fire damage restoration business and has been expanding and growing across the country ever since. Our goal is to provide exemplary service from the first phone call to the last time we walk out the door. We understand insurance companies can be a challenge to work with and SERVPRO of Carmel Valley NE/East Rancho Santa Feloves to assist our customers by making the process as smooth as possible.
Our services include water, fire, and mold mitigation, biohazard and trauma cleanup, and carpet and upholstery cleaning.
