ServPro has two excellent Home restoration technicians, Jose and Eduardo Ortega. They were solely responsible for the reconstruction of our damaged ceiling and stairway wall, from an extensive water leak caused by our recently installed HVAC systems. They were very professional in completing the work, which resulted in the total restoration of our home’s ceiling and stairway wall to its “original condition.” They are to be commended for the quality of their work, as well as their competency and conduct throughout the two days they were at our home. Jose and Eduardo showed up promptly, working diligently throughout many hours, exhibiting skills in the various areas of the job (drywall, texturing, painting, removing scaffolding), as well showing a cheerful disposition and displaying respect for my wife, me, and our home.
